Steps to make it:
🔹 Step 1: Grind the chicken breast. Grate one onion, squeeze out the juice, and add it to the chicken.
🔹 Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of steeped saffron, salt, black pepper, and turmeric. Mix well until smooth.
🔹 Step 3: Let the chicken mixture rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
🔹 Step 4: Grate the second onion, squeeze out the juice, and mix it with the ground beef, saffron, and spices until well combined.
🔹 Step 5: Let the beef mixture rest in the fridge for 2 hours as well.
🔹 Step 6: Lightly grease the pan. Arrange the chicken and beef mixtures side by side or in stripes in the pan.
